BENU
BENU needed more than a product catalogue. The goal was to build an e-commerce platform that could support the complete buying experience while also giving the business the tools needed to manage the store behind it.
We designed and developed the platform around the full customer journey: browsing and discovering products, choosing product options, managing a cart and wishlist, completing checkout and payment, tracking orders, and returning through a customer account.
Behind the storefront, the system includes the supporting e-commerce infrastructure for products, orders, customers, payments, shipping, notifications, subscriptions, and store management. Integrations connect the platform with external payment, email, and commerce services where needed.
The result is a custom commerce system where the customer-facing experience and the operational side of the business are built as one product, with room to extend as the store grows.
